Return policy

Any client has a right to request full or partial funds return from Ayrex. Such returns are subject to review by the KYC team. The sequence of actions in this case is as follows:

A return/cancellation request shall be submitted by the client by means of email at support@ayrex.com. The request shall be reviewed within 10 business days from the submission. Any operations with the client account will be blocked during the time of the reviewing.

Should the request receive an approval, the funds shall be returned into the same client payment requisites which were used upon depositing funds into Ayrex platform. Under no circumstances any exceptions shall be made from this rule.

The Policy is applicable to the funds deposited by the client only. The Policy is not applicable in case of any Customer Agreement violation or any other violations of the legislation. Regardless of the client’s trading results, no profits or losses can be refunded.

The Policy may be amended by Ayrex in case such amendments are deemed necessary. Ayrex reserves a right to perform such amendments without prior notice.
